Need a reasonable tablet around the £100 range

lememeinator

My mother decided she didn't need a £1200 Facebook machine and sold her Macbook Pro. Now, because I'm the techie in the house I have been forced to find her an android tablet in and around the £100 range, only I don't know anything about tablets. Any suggestions? She has no preferences to any tablets, any looks or screen sizes.

Very very low budget.

Make her buy Ipad mini retina or something like nexus 7 2013 atleast.

FWIW - I bought a "cheap Chinese brand" from Amazon called a "Noria" that I couldn't be more happy with. It was $110 US, it has android 4.2, 10 inch display (1200x600 IIRC - not HD but good enough),  dual processor, wifi, 3g., etc. and works great!

The computer isn't the "Thing".....the computer is the "Thing" that gets you to the "Thing".  - excerpt from "Halt and Catch Fire".
