hp laptop delivered with damage what do i do?

ictdude1

I ordered a hp 250 g1 laptop and when I got it there was a small scratch on the bottom of the screen (and on the plastic bezel) it looks like a knife cut as it is deep and thin but it wasn't me cause I didn't open the box with any sharp object as I made a slit in the tape with a coin and ripped it open. I purchased this laptop from ebuyer. should I complain to ebuyer, hp or just leave it?

Complain to the Ebayer, of it wasn't mentioned in the auction, you have a chance.

Return it to eBuyer.

As a european you have the right to return a product you bought online or over the phone within 7 days without any reason for a full refund including shipping costs.
