LTT's Latest Video, WOW!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5YXWqhL9ik

I would like to first of all say that I am extremely impressed with the quality of the video, not just in general but the amount of time and effort that went into this video must have been immense. His comments on the U28D690D monitor are extremely in-depth and fair with reasoning behind all of the positive and negative points of the monitor. I have got to say that this video is of better quality and integrity than what I have ever seen on YouTube EVER.

Mind=Blown.

Thanks for the great quality content, Linus!

What was your guys opinion on the video?

Yeah they have become really good now, but wouldn't describe this one as much better than the others.

Looks to me like they put a serious amount of effort into the build guides and Tech Quickie though.

Yeah I suppose you are right actually, but this one in particular stood out to me, not entirely sure why though...

it's 4,000 ILS in Israel, WTF.. THIS IS WAY TOO CHEAP FOR 4K.. I saw a 30inch monitor for 16k ILS! but this 4k?! 28inch? OH MY GOD.. I want to guess how much a 24inch 4K screen would cost, OMG.

Yep 4K is here, hurry up with next gen GPUs NVidia & AMD, and no, we don't want better power efficiency. M-O-R-E P-O-W-E-R.

I'd get a 1440p or 1600p monitor with high quality instead.

Just report them and leave them :)

I do need to update my monitor basically because it's not great and it's got a single red stuck pixel that may as well be HAL 9000 sitting there staring at me, and I want to play around with nVidia 3D while I'm waiting for Headset V.R. but I'm holding out for G-Synch, just to keep my options open. My current build is only really suitable for 1080p so it's going to be a while before I get a 4k monitor, especially since between the two I'd opt for Headset V.R. over 4k.

P.S. Another awesome video :0)

What is it with people advertising Kitchens on our forum, who thought that PC enthusiasts were a good market to advertise to? :/

That's like saying you are using the original Motorola Razr and you don't see the value in upgrading to a modern smartphone. 1080p looks SIGNIFICANTLY better than 720p or 480p and you are doing yourself a great disservice by holding back.
