Good $120-$150 USD Smartphone

Moto G user here. For media consumption, good screen is a must and the Moto G has a good IPS screen with a PPI higher than the Iphones. It serves me very well for news reading and the occasional Youtube. Great build quality too with a great feel in the hands and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 (believe me, this glass feels really really good compared to any other  cheaper glass). The only downside is the lack of a microSD card for HD movies or large music library, unless you don't mind using microUSB OTG flash drive. It's lauded as the best smartphone for its price for a very good reason.  ;)

Any good smartphones in this price range? I need it to be unlocked, as I'll just be using this on Wi-Fi for media consumption. (and I don't want a tablet) I'd prefer 1GB of ram at minimum, and a screen size at or bigger than 4.5 inches. Android 4.2+ is a must. I was looking at the Lenovo A850, is it any good? Thanks. :)

*NFC support would be a bonus, but it's not that important.

No carrier plans. It's gonna be a Wi-Fi only phone. And I want Android.

As much as I love Nokia, I want Android for the app store. I won't go Windows Phone until more apps are developed.

moto x?

Waaaaay too expensive. I'd love to have it though. ;)

Moto G all the way get updates fast from google and its android which in my opinion is the way to go right now. Windows phone is a better OS i think but the app eco system sucks and they dont make it easy to develop for it at all if you are ot of the US.

So yeah moto G its a very nice phone for the price
