Can I replace the fan on Intel's DBX-B cooler? What would I need to replace it with a 92mm fan?

I don't think you can.

My best suggestion would be, get a CoolerMaster 212 EVO or something.

It appears that the fan is custom made to slot into the heatsink with a cage over the front, so replacing it would require modding and would likely be difficult. If you need a new cooler to replace the DBX-B I highly recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, as Ssoele suggested :)

I personally think the DBX-B looks mad baller, but if noise is bothering you, get a Hyper 212 Evo

I just bought the DBX-B using Amazon gift card with $15 in it lol. I have a 92mm fan laying around, I'll use zip ties or something to hold the 92mm fan into place if the custom made intel 100mm fan is dying or too loud. Right now I just want my i7 950 to last until it gets slow for games then I'll buy new cooler to OC it. Currently underclocked because my 770 is creating too much heat and the stock cooler is sucking in the heat...0

What is wrong with the fan exactly? have you tried to remove it and putting new lubricant in it?
