My fan is running on 325-345 rpm

thats really weired

i dont know why

how can i make it faster?

what is the fan plugged into and is it PWM?

If connected Via motherboard, you need to go into the settings for the fan headers to change the speed of the fans. 

 

Connected Via PSU or splitter, check the voltage the fan is running on.
