How much power?

I am planning on building my first pc and I dont know how much power/ what power supply I should get. Can someone please help me, I will leave a list of what I plan to put in the system below:

 

Mother Board - MSI Z87-GD65-GAMING ATX Motherboard

 

CPU – Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80646I54670K

 

HDD - Seagate 3TB 3.5 inch 7200RPM 64MB Cache SATA3 Hard Drive (x2)

 

Optical Drive – Toshiba Samsung TS-L462

 

RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

 

Graphics Card – R9 280x Gaming 3G

Good 550W will do.

500-600W would be fine

Setup: i5 4670k @ 4.2 Ghz, Corsair H100i Cooler, Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB Ram @ 1600 Mhz, MSI Z87-GD65 Motherboard, Corsair GS700 2013 edition PSU, MSI GTX 770 Lightning, Samsung EVO 120 SSD + 2TB&1TB Seagate Barracudas, BenQ XL2411T Monitor, Sennheiser HD 598 Headphones + AntLion ModMic 4.0

Should be ok with a 450 watt, but this might limit your upgrade possibilities, so I would go with a 550 to 600 watt power supply. Anything from Corsair, Antec, Coolermaster or Seasonic will be fine. (Try to avoid random unbranded PSUs, they don't tend to last very long.  And might catch fire...)
