Wanna hear you guys, what is the best powersupplies you know around the 550W-600W mark?

Corsair RM series

we don't get seasonic here in my country, but I recommend to all my gamer buds Corsair, big fan, never had a issue with my AX 850

Seasonic G Series 550W as mentioned above, and the XFX XTR 550W (just to ninja quan268)

If you want the very best, then go Seasonic or go home. Other than that, there are quite a few other brands that manufacture excellent units.

 

 

Corsair RM series

corsair rms are good

 

I'm surprised to see the Corsair RM being mentioned. They may be good units but definitely not the best around with the cheap components used in it.

dual gtx 660 yeah. the 650W one has 4 pci-e connectors.

In the price range of <500 DKK, the Cooler Master G550M would be electrically superior option, as it's a DC-DC regulated PSU where it would offer better voltage stability, whereas the rest are based off of a group-regulated scheme.

 

Unlike the 550w version, the XFX Proseries 650w is also has DC-DC has and offer better secondary capacitor than the CM G550M (Japanese NCC vs Chinese CapXon). It's above the 550DKK mark, but it not only provide more usable power, it has the native connectivity to SLI/CFX if you planning on doing so - depending on the cards.

 

There's the CM G650M version as well for 1 DKK more, if you want a semi modular unit though.

in terms of bang for the back and ultimate efficiency.

 

Hands down Cooler Master VSM or VS or V550.

 

it is as good as Seasonic 520 80 Plus Platinum in terms of efficiency while costing almost half as much. In fact it is better at extremely low loads.
