Welcome to Week 40 of the LTT Build-Off! The rules and guidelines can be found here.
Thank you to @Marnsto for suggesting this challenge.

This week the challenge is a balls-to-the-wall, $4,000 beast of a computer. You need to have a 4K monitor, so hunt around for the best deals (not necessarily on PCPP). You can use the R9 295X2, Titan Z, Titan Black (good luck staying under budget), or a 6GB 780/780Ti as long as you can provide a link with the price. Have fun with this one :)
Budget: $4,000
Speakers/Headphones: Yes
Mouse: Yes
Keyboard: Yes
Monitor: Yes
Submissions: April 12th through 14th
Voting: April 15th through 17th

Justification:

CPU: The 4770K is more than enough for any graphics card setup. Stepping up to LGA 2011 is a waste of money.

Cooling: The Corsair H105 has a thick 120mm radiator and will look awesome in the rig. It will allow for some serious OCing on that 4770K.

MB: The Gigabyte Z87X-OC supports 3 way Crossfire and SLI, and is a great overclocking board in general. It also gives the rig it's signature orange and silver/grey color scheme internally.

Storage: The Samsung 840 Evo is a great drive. The 2 SSDs will be in RAID 0 in the main chamber, because the extra heat won't really affect SSDs. The two 1TB storage driver will be placed in RAID 1 i nthe back chamber, because the heat produced by the graphics cards could adversely affect the hard drives.

RAM: The Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM is highly clocked at 2133 MHz and the silver accents will go with the silver/grey and orange color scheme of the rig.

Graphics: THREE Radeon R9 290 cards in CrossfireX will provide a metric butt-ton of performance, more than that of a 295X2. Also, the step up to three R9 290X's won't offer much if any additional performance. The 4GB of vRAM per card is necessary for 4K. These particular Gigabyte cards can be put right next to each other because their coolers are slightly less than 2 slots. Thus, their temperatures will not rise as much.

Power Supply: The Corsair AX1200i is actually needed. According to Newegg's testing, a system with three R9 290X's consumed nearly 1000 watts. So, I needed something more powerful and efficient. The Corsair AX1200i has a high wattage and efficiency and has black sleeved cables that look beautiful

Case: The Carbide Air 540 is engineered for airflow, and this system NEEDS every bit of it that it can get. Separating the build into two chambers allows the hard drives to remain cool and to The white and black color scheme also look super sexy.

ODD: I was kinda running out of ideas of what to do with the money, so I got a blu ray reader.

Monitor: This Samsung monitor is a 4K 60HZ monitor. Unfortunately, it is TN, but still not a bad TN panel. There are good TN panels you know...

Peripherals: The Ducky Shine Zero and the Func MS3 have reddish orange LEDs that will look great with the system. The Audio Technica headphones have active noise cancelling, so they will do well next to this potentially VERY loud system.

I know you're still editing, but just an fyi, you need to put a link to the monitor if it's a custom part. If it isn't linked in your post that's alright (PCPP doesn't auto-copy custom links), but at least put it in the part list itself so we can verify the price.

Processor: i7-4770k Can't go wrong with an i7 when you have a $4000 budget.  An i5 would have sufficed, but I figure get Hypertheading so that in the future, it will be a feature that you already have.

CPU Cooler:  Excellent CPU cooler, can't go wrong here.

Thermal Compound:  I don't have much personal experience with thermal compounds, but this one in particular has lots of favorable reviews.

Motherboard: Motherboard does not impact performance.  So spending more than is necessary is not something I am fond of.

Memory: G.Skill is an excellent brand of RAM, and 16GB of 1866Mhz and CL8 will work very well for a very long time without breaking the bank. This RAM has a very nice mix of low CL timings, and above average frequency, ideal for performance.

Video Card:  For Ultra 4k, I went with the R9 295X2.  As shown in these benchmarks by Anandtech, the 295X2 is the best card for Ultra4k Gaming.  Not only does this card currently hold the throne for Ultra 4k gaming, but it is already water cooled giving it excellent cooling capability while delivering the best possible power for Ultra 4k Gaming.

SSD:  I went with the Samsung 840 EVO because of its excellent reputation, as well as 240GB to install the operating system on, manage the C drive, and install a few games that are played often.

HDD:  Seagate Barracuda because of it is an excellent HDD that is very trustworthy, I also opted to start out with 2TB because it is better to spend an extra $30 now, than need another TB later and spend an additional $60.

Case:  I went with an NZXT Phantom 530 because it is a big and luxurious case for a small price tag.  Lots of cable management, Bay management, and space to work with ease, all while being very aesthetically pleasing.

Case Fans:  I selected the Cougar Vortex PWM fans because I have personal experience with this fan, and it is incredibly powerful while very quiet, it also goes on sale frequently for $5-$10.  Excellent price to performance!

PSU:  Corsair is my favorite PSU brand, so I am biased, and it shows with my PSU selected.  The RM 850 is an excellent choice, delving 80+ Gold power and fully modular for cable management.  Plenty of power for this system without excess.

Optical Drive:  I selected the least expensive one, it is not an entirely necessary component these days, but nice to have nonetheless.

Monitor:  I went with an Ultra4k Monitor because anything less with a $4,000 budget is not using your money in the right places. The Dell I selected in an Ultra4k monitor, IPS Panel, 23.8in' and most importantly, 60Hz for excellent gaming.

Keyboard:  I selected the Microsoft X4 Sidewinder because I wanted to spend the bulk of our allotted money in parts that impact visual and gaming performance.  The X4 is an excellent gaming keyboard for its price, very practical.

Mouse: I like this mouse, it is very versatile, and can be comfortably used by all three of the most common grips, it is also on sale for almost 50% off, another great performance to price, purchase.

Headphones:  I personally own the Superlux 668B Headphones and they are amazing!  Sound just as good as $100 headphones at the low price of $40.  It is impossible to find a negative review of these headphones, they are amazing.

Speakers:  I went with a nice 5.1 surround sound system that wont break the bank while still sounding very nice for times when you don't want to listen through the headphones.

"I genuinely dislike the promulgation of false information, especially to people who are asking for help selecting new parts."

So as you can see by now, I'm trying to go with a Black/Red looking as well as the best performance I can get, so...

Processor: i7-4770k, best for gaming, and Hyperthread if you ever need more

CPU Cooler: H100i, love it, quiet and sexy LED

Motherboard: GD65 gaming, perfect for everything you ever need but still cheap, plus the sexy looking

Memory: Not many opinion here, choose for the Red color

Video Card: 780Ti is THE beast, the problem is that it's only have 3GB Ram, which is not enough for 4k gaming. And even the 780 is already good enough, so with the article here saying that the price is ~550$ for the 780 6GB, I will go with a pair of it. If 780Ti 6Gb's price come out I will change this again

SSD: 840 EVO 250GB, cant go wrong with this one, and that's enough space for most of the needed stuff

HDD: 3TB for whatever you are going to need

Case: 750D, with a build this sexy, you will need a big glass panel to show it off

Case Fans: 4x Corsair CO-9050016-RLED 52.2 CFM 120mm, not really a case fan but more like Fan that used to get the H100i in push/pull configuration, since the stock cooler on H100i isnt very good. The other 3 140mm fan is for the case to keep the Red LED all over the case :3

PSU: keep it consistent with all the Corsair part. A 80+ Gold PSU.

Optical Drive: Dont really need it, just put it there so if there's anything that might need it then we can use it. The cheapest one that can read BD

Monitor: Cheapest but still good enough 4k Monitor I can find on PCPartPicker

Keyboard: Must I say? not only it's good it keep the Black/Red theme going

Mouse: Black and Red! I would choose a Razer Keyboard too if I can find one with this color scheme

Speaker: Because gaming and movies + everything else that deal with sound is always better with a speaker compare to headphone (IMO), choose a 5.1 surround sound for this so it can give you all the situation awareness you ever need in FPS.

Headphones: If you ever need one, I will put a headphones here as well, choose the ASUS's Orion for the performance + color scheme

LED strip: xoxide Meteorlight Red LED x2, to illuminate the case, again, keep the Black/Red theme going
