Cheap way to play/capture retro console games on pc

nukem

so ive started a collection of retro consoles and games, mainly nintendo ie. NES, SNES, N64, i dont have a tv in my room at the moment, and was just wondering what would be a good, cheap way to play my retro consoles thru my pc. (without using emulators)

Something USB would be handy.

edit: ive tried these things before, but theyre pretty garbage, and the software that comes with them is ancient (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/OZ-Capture-Card-Video-USB-2-0-VHS-to-DVD-Adapter-Converter-EasyCap-PC-PS3-XBOX-/111044087624?pt=AU_Components&hash=item19dabe4f48)

PC: Corsair 900D | Corsair AX860 | Maxmius VI Hero | i7 4770k | Corsair H100i | 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 2133 | Sapphire Radeon 7950 | Samsung 840 Pro 256GB | Win7 X64

A Hauppauge HDPVR would be nice but if its cheap your going for there are a ton of crappy little usb capture cards like this http://www.amazon.com/EasyCAP-DC60-Creator-Capture-High-quality/dp/B002H3BSCM/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1397233531&sr=8-4&keywords=usb+video+capture+card Personally I'd go with the Hauppauge since its only $135 on amazon, and for support it will be much better.

My System Specs: (Short list) i7 4770k, GTX 780, many SSD's, a 2 TB HDD(deceased :( ), Corsair 650D. Full list: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/kchriz6097/saved/8dh7YJ

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

Sadly there is no good median between the crap ones and nice ones like that :(
