Raid 0 solutions for intel X79 chipset

does anyone have any ideas with regards to intel socket 2011 X79 chipset and the raid driver.. I tried to get raid 0 to work with old ( Disc) and new ( Downloaded) drivers provided by ASUS on my p9X79 Pro, board but every time i installed it did not recognize it after the install of the OS ( Windows 7). Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?.. As i would love to put my  samsung 840 Pro's into raid 0 like i planned not ACHI .

regards

Sparky

@SparkySamZa I think you should slightly re-word your post, I stumbled on a few key errors :(.

Are both drives detected before you put them in attempted Raid 0?

I would say that follow this guide.

yes all drives are detected the problem is the driver itself as it is intel based when installing the OS i have to get the driver of a disk or USB stick which i have, but once it is installed and i reboot , i get a error code stating that it could not find the driver it was looking for to run.

I have done raid before on my AMD based system when i had a Phenom 970 x4 Black edition with these drives , but when i switched to 2011 i got a lot of problems with raid and needing special drivers and what not to get it to work for me.

i tried this guide right now , i tried with the x64 driver for the raid controller which i have the c220/c600 from intel on my p9x79 pro , it wont allow the x64 driver but when I try with the x32 it allows it but when it does the first reboot , and trys to restart it says, this driver has become corrupt please start windows repair.
