Budget is 30$

Save up for a better mouse. The mouse is perhaps the most important thing for gaming so get one you like.

Use this list. It doesn't cover all the great mice out there, but you'll at least have an idea of what you can get. $30 is pretty crap for a gaming mouse, though.

From where I live in things are just a bit on the high side

Get an MS-32. It's Sooo good, $30 for a agaming mouse isn't much at all, as others have said, save up and get something like a M45, or MS-3:D
