How to Disable MSI Z77 MPower CPU Phase Mode LEDs

Good vid bro, but why not just use MSi control center? The option to turn off the LEDs are there as well and you can do that on the fly in windows, instead of having to restart your rig to change the setting. the only way i see the Bios being a plus, is if you do not want to have control center on windows, but then you can turn control center off and on in windows as well and disable it from start up.

that's weird, I have never had an issue with using the control center to turn it off, then restart and stay off on restart/boot up.

i used the bios because it never stayed off when i used control center. maybe it has been patched in a later version of control center.

I think you might be right, I have the up to date version of control center, I never tried turning off the LED's with the old control center when the board came out.
