help with HDMI port switch for console

i want to get this 4 port hdmi switch by m beat but it says it only supports 12 bit deep. Im not exactly sure whether that is bad or not by the way i play on a monitor

If you have just standard displays 12bit colour support is sufficient.

 

One would think you would know if you have anything greater as they fetch a nice premium on your wallet.

What Keel is saying, is that if you had a monitor or display any higher that 12-bit. You would know as they are extremely expensive. Used mostly in higher end colour work and video editing enviroments. That switch will be more than fine!

Almost a tenth the price of the the switch you linked. I bet both are made by the same assembly line in China.
