As usual,  I had to make a few compromises. But we'll see what the voters think.

Cpu & Cooler: nice discount on cpu cooler and got some quiet fans for it, expect min 4.5ghz - 4.8 ghz max ( latest stepping is allowing them to push that high with ease, even 5ghz, but thats degrading chip )

Mobo: overclocking, heatsinked

SSD: sandforce controller, good read speeds

Headphone: it has virtual surround, but its same as hs30 thats the only difference

Keyboard: no idea actually, i guess its just newer k60 or no? Mouse: its voted alot so...

Parts Justification:
Everything in this build is color matched to fit the green, black, silver, and gold color scheme. Mostly, it is black with tiny accents here and there that look wonderful.

1. Housing all of it is the Obsidian 450D, a really high quality case that looks just as good as it performs.

2. The GTX 770 (way better than the 760s that I'm seeing in other submissions) has accents that are gold, and its dual fan solution looks ballin'.

3. The G1 Sniper Z5S has green and gold accents on a black board with a lit up green LED strip on the audio section.

4. A set of Kingston HyperX Black RAM will give some tasteful silver accents on the board. Its matte black PCB is actually blacker than most, a kind of an inky black based on the videos of them I have seen.

5. The power supply even has a green and black color scheme while the (relatively) high wattage keeps noise down.

6. And, I even put in two white LED AF120 Corsair fans to light up the whole thing so you can see the wonderful components. An SP120 Quiet Edition will serve on the H60 to add some tasteful accents to the build.

7. A mechanical keyboard, gaming mouse, and headset all from the Vengeance series from Corsair (no budget Raptor crap for me) will make the peripherals experience wonderful as well.

8. From a cooling standpoint, an H100i really wont get any Haswell chip to higher overclocks than the H60. Take a look at these two Toms Hardware SBMs.
A Thermaltake Water 2.0 (38mm thick rad) only got 100mhz more than a 212 Evo, an inconsequential gain on a Haswell 4770K.

9. In terms of performance, a GTX 770 and a 4670K will be a beast at productivity and gaming, especially once overclocked.

Total Number of CORSAIR Components: 9

Since it's for gaming, I wanted to go heavy on the GPU, avoid skimping on peripherals, and try not to fumble too terribly everywhere else. 280X has quite the punch for the budget. I preferred an optical mouse for gaming, and the M45 has a great sensor. Went for Corsair's wireless headset, I hate fussing with headphone wires getting tangled in my chair. Visible components match that nice sky blue & greyscale theme.

Your motherboard is micro ATX; it won't fit in the 250D.

Oh shit thought it said mini-it'd lmao
