Need Help with GPU Tweak

Guys can anybody tell me why is it when I install GPU Tweak on my system and try to run a game the screen goes black?

I didn't overclock my card after installing the software and it still blacked out on me.

Dose anybody have an advice about it.

And for note my card is ASUS HD7870 Direct CU 2

Have you uninstalled GPU Tweak?

open hwinfo while gpu tweak (and a game,or some stress test)is running.

 

look for

-gpu voltages

-gpu core clock

-gpu mem clock

 

then close gpu tweak by terminating process in task manager and do the above again.

 

if there is a difference between any of the above it means that there is an OC applied for some reason.

I'm not really a big fan of GPU tweak. Overclocking on it sucks. Try and uninstall it see what happens.

 

Use MSI Afterburner

try using MSI afterburner instead- I find it really good and simple to use.

I tried all of it it didn't work. I guess I should try with other software!!
