Best VPN?

Hi, I'm looking for a new VPN that's fast, secure, user-friendly... Just wondering what the best one around is or at least some of the better ones to pick from. 

 

I've heard of Hotspot Shield, Express VPN, Private Internet Access, and VYPR VPN.

 

Out of those which is the best and if you have any others you recommend please let me know, thanks.

 

By the way, I live in Canada and will be using this on my computer + phone (andriod, but IOS support would be nice)

 

Nothing over $10 dollars a month please.

Get Private Internet access, It's fast and have good service. I've tried a few services where their support is non-excistant :/

Get Private Internet access, It's fast and have good service. I've tried a few services where their support is non-excistant :/

Thanks, I'll probably either go with this or Hotspot shield unless someone convinces me to get something else

You can give OLIVE a try, its free , no ads and quite Good, i am using it from last 2 months and i am quite comfortable :)

@GrayHD Astrill is really quite good, but expensive as hell. It is pretty much the choice for expats in China and is pretty reliable. When they screwed up their whole service for two days, they gave every used two whole weeks of premium service for free! Using it like 90% of the time here. It is not always the fastest, but I wouldn't expect that from any VPN really as I've never seen one really be much better at all. They have around 50 servers around the world. Great Ping too, I've actually (get this!) played BF3 and LoL over it with 250ms ping...

 

Not sure what works best in the US/Canada tho... Would recommend Astrill and it would fit into your budget.
