Welcome to Week 33/34 of the LTT Build-Off! The rules and guidelines can be found here.

Thank you to @ for suggesting the challenge.

This week the challenge is to build a computer which can take advantage of AMD's Mantle API. You need an AMD GPU, preferably one based on GCN 1.1 (of the older cards, only the 7790 is GCN 1.1).
Budget: $850
Peripherals: No
Monitor: No
Submissions: February 21st through 24th
Voting: February 25th through 27th

If I download more Mantle, will I get more fps?

I will win this :D

I'd recommend downloading more RAM first. 128 GB will never cut it.

I'm quite sure with mantle reducing load on the CPU that this is a fairly good one.

Includes Win 8.1 OS 64 bit. If this isn't required in the build, then I'd get another 120GB SSD and either put it in Raid 0 or keep it separate and use for games only. OR of course you could buy a 1TB HDD 7200RPM.
