Anyone Know of Good Slim 120mm Case Fans?

JMAN616

I’m looking for a good quality set of 20mm thick 120mm case fans that are preferably static pressure optimized. Any suggestions?

Gelid Solutions Slim

They're a UV blue, so I don't know if they'll look good with anything other than a blue color scheme, but here ya go anyway.

They might not be static pressure optimized....

Also, fans are generally 25mm or ~13mm. I would suggest rechecking your clearance, as you might have 25mm of space, in which case I would recommend the Corsair SP120s from above.

I checked the clearance and figured that there is more than 25mm above but there is only exactly 25mm where the sides of the fans touch the top cover. While it is doable to put sp120's in (the ones that are currently in there now), I would like to add a bit more space between the top of the fan and the bottom of the cover. I would just leave it but they push the cover up ever so slightly. Being that I have a slight case of OCD, I hate looking at my rig and seeing the cover pushed up a fraction of an inch.

Hi, I'm also looking for pretty good price/performance/silence ratio slim 120mm fans to squeeze into the top of my Bitfenix Phenom M

They would be used for intake to the GPU at the first and maybe later for a 240mm radiator, I'm not very satisfied with the replies so far in this topic other than maybe Scythes ones or the Gelid ones, anyone has any more suggestions?

Umm check my chibipc build for a decent slim 140mm with 120mm mount. I think its prilomantec or something. It works great for the exact purpose yoy speak of in my case.

I'm going with scythe slipstreams for my next build, they have 1mm/h20+ static pressure depending on the RPM you get them in.

http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l3/g36/c15/s972/list/p1/Fans-12_Volt_Fans-120mm_x_12mm_Fans-Page1.html

scythe slipstreams are usually high airflow low pressure

On scythes public PDF with their specifications it says 1mmH20. I would link you but I'm on mobile.

(that one comes in red blue or white leds)

Aswell as that one but that last 2 are color themed and may not work with your build where the others are more monochrome or black the silver stone slim also comes in white blade blue body design.

I am not sure which works better than the other so would like help with that if anyone knows because I have gotten fans on numerous occasions and they say so many cfm - to Db but they are not even in the ballpark.

Where are you putting the fans and what case are you using?
