GTA4 on R9 270x

Hi guys, Recently I bought a MSI r9 270x, as I tried to play gta 4 this happened:
 
 


 
 
 
Any idea how to solve this problem?
 
My Specs:
  • CPU
    Intel® Core i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz
  • Motherboard
    MSI B75MA-E33
  • RAM
    16Gb (16384MB) RAM Corsair Vengeance
  • GPU
    MSI R9 270X 4GB GDDR5

have you tried reinstalling GTA? what version of GTA IV is that? maybe load the latest patches.

You can make a shortcut to GTA IV and then in the properties add -NORESTRICTIONS, in order to get it. Edit at the end of target.
