$1500 PC Build

AsrielDreemurr
Go to solution Solved by SeanAngelo,

Got $1500 for a new rig. Needs to handle video editing on a daily basis, recording on a daily basis (for you mech keyboard lovers out there to think about noise...) all around gaming (GTA V being the heaviest) and multitasking. (Rules below :D)

Surprise me!

♠ Please use PC Partpicker

♠ No Intel Xeons Plis

♠ No AMD Cpu's/Cards (Fanboy alert ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

♠ 1080P is FINE!! I don't need 2K or 4K

♠ Needs to include a decent mouse and keyboard

♠ Needs decent headphones

♠ SSD ftw

♠ That's it. Surprise me :D

This is what I came up with:

Motherboard: Asus Z97-E/USB3.1 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($83.98 @ Newegg)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 980 4GB Twin Frozr Video Card  ($424.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case  ($42.99 @ Micro Center)
Monitor: Asus VG248QE 144Hz 24.0" Monitor  ($209.99 @ Newegg)
Mouse: Logitech G402 Wired Optical Mouse  ($39.99 @ Micro Center)
Headphones: Logitech G430 7.1 Channel Headset  ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $1481.75
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

So many unbalanced builds QQ

Anyways, here is what I came up with.
I left a little bit of headroom regarding your budget, so you can change out the monitor headphones or keyboard for example if you don't like them. Everyone has different preferences.

Any questions? Feel free to ask.

Some recommend him a good keyboard and headset, the mouse is mpre difficult, what is your style? Palm, claw grib or fingertip? I found Mionix Naos very comfortable for palm gripping.
