Hi guys...

 

So i bought a shining new SSD, but i don't want to fresh install my windows, my SSD did came with a migration software but the product key does not work... -.-

 

What are the best (FREE) migration software you know?

just do a clean install. seriously. you are much better off unless there is a reason you can't.

paragon, acronis are also both great but always pref a clean install

I'd also join the guys and suggest a clean install since it prevents errors and missed out files during the cloning procedure. If you do decide to go with cloning, I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer about the problem with the cloning utility. They should be able to resolve it. :)
There are also recommended tools for each manufacturer and you can check them on the website. 
Another option is to look for such a tool in other topics and see which one are people using the most and has the best reviews. :)
