Yep, should be fine (but maybe get a 450w model or so if you get a higher end gpu in the future).

Its a quality unit that is not too noisy and can deliver almost all of the rated current in 12v.

Hi so what the titel says basically :P

But is this a better psu than a CX430M

Also would this is psu do good for a light gaming pc fx6300, gtx 750ti (no extra 6pin nor 8pin required )

Thanks in advance!!

You would think Ubisoft would support the Bulldozer based architectures more given their digging themed names like bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller and Excavator.

I don't know who Be Quiet oem's the unit from so I can't speak on specific details of it but Be Quiet is a very reputable brand and has been around for awhile now so I'd like to think they are trust worthy. 350w out of a good power supply is more than enough for those components so you should be fine to get the Be Quiet unit over the Corsair. Wish I could answer if the Be Quiet unit is better than the Corsair but I can't, maybe someone else will be able to in thread.

Okay I can't speak for the 350w unit (probably is better than the cx430) but I can tell you for a fact the 450w Be Quiet system power 7 is a great unit and is definitely better than the cx430.
