404-USER-NOT-FOUND-ERROR
Go to solution Solved by SPAS-ID,

download the latest driver from the AMD website http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

hey, I jsut laaunched my new PC (R9 390 from MSI and Intel 15 4690k) and my game is running at 20FPS on the start screen.

I think I am missing drivers for the R9 390, where can I get them?

which game? if it's GTA V then the frame-rate in the menu you are presented with once the game launches is capped at 30FPS

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

"The Orange Box" || CPU: i5 4690k || RAM: Kingston Hyper X Fury 16GB || Case: Aerocool DS200 (Orange) || Cooler: Cryorig R1 Ultimate || Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 240GB + WD Black 1TB || PSU: Corsair RM750 || Mobo: ASUS Z97-A || GPU: EVGA GTX 970 FTW+

"Unnamed Form Factor Switch" || CPU: i7 6700K || RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB || Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Mini ITX (White) || Cooler: Cryorig R1 Ultimate (Green Cover) || Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 1TB || PSU: XFX XTR 550W || Mobo: ASUS Z170I Pro Gaming || GPU: EVGA GTX 970 FTW+

Thats why in every review video people say "make sure you download the latest one from the website"

freesync is not working, how to enable it

does your monitor actually support it? because the one in the build in your sig doesn't support it (I know it says future but maybe you haven't updated it)

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

apparently it does require displayport. otherwise, just to check:

...open the AMD Catalyst Control Center program on your computer. Click the “My Digital Flat-Panels” on the left column, then “properties.” The last option in the right column is “AMD FreeSync technology (or DP Adaptive-Sync.”) Click “Enable,” then click the “apply” button at the bottom of the window. Now start your game and enjoy your smoother graphics.

Download Guru3D Display Driver Uninstaller and clear all form of drivers then install fresh latest drivers.

and that should enable freeesync? (because freesync worked on the old pc i got the driver from)

I have an nvidia card so this advice might not help but, re-installing the driver using a clean install fixed a random in-game problem for me where I had low fps spikes
