a 970m, 1080p screen preferrably 16gb ram and at least 250~ gb storage

There are literally hundreds of models, you need to be a bit more specific :P

13"? 17"? Size? Do you want good battery? will it be stationary or do you need it to be thin and light etc

I mean the most recommended laptop is the Clevo P650SE/SG - not the thinnest but not stupid, best cooling, nice understanted looks (doesnt scream steal me) amazing specs and the cheapest for the tech

Thinniest lightest = Razer blade, or MSI GS60 Ghost

etc

Desktop - Corsair 300r i7 4770k H100i MSI 780ti 16GB Vengeance Pro 2400mhz Crucial MX100 512gb Samsung Evo 250gb 2 TB WD Green, AOC Q2770PQU 1440p 27" monitor Laptop Clevo W110er - 11.6" 768p, i5 3230m, 650m GT 2gb, OCZ vertex 4 256gb,  4gb ram, Server: Fractal Define Mini, MSI Z78-G43, Intel G3220, 8GB Corsair Vengeance, 4x 3tb WD Reds in Raid 10, Phone Oppo Reno 10x 256gb , Camera Sony A7iii

i should have been more specific

You should have been much more specific, like where you live and your budget. The laptop you marked as the answer is the Clevo P650SE. Depending on your location, there are much more Clevo resellers in the world.

As others have said there's tons of models out there.

The one that came to mind first because I just ordered one; MSI GS60 Ghost.
