Can I play GTA V and other latest game with NVIDIA GT735M?

Maybe... on "LOW" settings. Depends on what you consider to be "playable"

 
You have to keep in mind that the prefix "GT" in the model# represents a "gaming" class GPU which are the "GTX" cards. Given the combination of both a "'Mobile" processor (GPU) and the fact that it's a "GT" Media class chip... you're going to struggle with anything outside of say ... Minecraft or Facebook style Flash games.

Will it be a pleasurable experience at anything higher than 480p? Nope, not in any way.

Probably every modern game at 720p lowest settings at 30fps or higher.
