console fps

waggythegeek
Go to solution Solved by Interfectorem,

30 most of the time, but there are a few exceptions that run at 60, such as Battlefild 4.

How many fps does a console get?

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

when i first joined this forum, even i was confused on which sub forum to ask the questions and created 2 threads , one in general and one in troubleshooting, but i was told by other members no need to create multiple threads, but you are not a newbie, you should know by know it's not ok to create repeat threads on multiple sub forums.

Wanted to get the PC and the console point of view. To avoid bias. Although, so far, they line up pretty well.

still counts as double post none the less, though your intention may have been of no harm you are an a PC community forum, people are gonna get biased on console vs PC which the mods will lock eventually, anyway on the topic, consoles are restricted to 30 FPS for 99% of the games except the odd exceptions,  but they are not 30 FPS constant thought will dip as low as 20.
