How can I tell from looking at mice online if the mouse is a palm grip mouse or not?

all depends on the size of your hand. what i do usually is go to places like best buy or what not to try the mouse and see how it feels before actually making a purchase. you can buy and return to have a little test trail. check returns policy before buying though.

I'd guess the length would have to do with it. How long does it have to be to be a palm grip mouse?

What about 120mm to 130mm?

depends on the size of your hands, do you not have somewhere somewhat local where you can try mice?
