Cooler master has static pressure 200mm fans with blue or red leds

I have a thermaltake chaser mk-1 case and the fans are quite loud and i was wondering what the quietest 200mm fans were (the case has 3 mounts for 200mm) and also have good static pressure so i can use some stockings for dust filters, blue led would be prefreble as it would match my build
