TV mount above monitors/how to get that good tilt angle?

HeyKitty
Go to solution Solved by SImoHayha,

Why cant you mess with the walls ? That certainly does get rid of 99.9% of any type of tilt solution.

So I recently got a 42" tv, that I am using as a monitor, and I have 3x 23.6" monitors on my desk.I want to get my new 42" to be right above my monitors but at an angle so when I lean back in my chair It is in the perfect viewing angle. I have your average ergonomic set up aside from that, but cant find a good tv stand. I cant mess with the walls, which takes 99% of my options away... any ideas?

I can pile boxes or whatnot to make the stand tall enough (because its behind the monitors, so I wont see it anyways)

TLDR; TV stand with tilt that supports 42" tvs (weighs about 80lbs)

P.S. I have no idea what section to post this is, so I figured this would be close enough, but feel free to yell at me.

a lot like this, but I would like the screen tilted down so it looks a lot better...

a few reasons;

1: Just re-painted

2: Not my house

3: Moving out soon

I'm to nice and I'd feel like a (insert not nice word here) to leave with half a dozen holes in a freshly painted room.

I am still reading into solutions, and I think a couple wedges in the back of the stand and then use some para-cord or something of the sort to tie to the back of the tv and down to like the desk legs or something. because if it were to fall, Id literally loose all my monitors!

EDIT: just re-arranged the room some, all good.
