Yep is good and beside for that price you can't find anything else at least not a combo

I need a gaming mouse and keyboard.

My budget is £30, but i could do higher if i have to.

 

I was thinking of the Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator.

Is this a good choice?

With that tight of a budget it is probably your best option its hard to hit anything significantly better without more budget 

 

If you went up into the 60-80 range there would be quite a few more options out there for you
