What could go wrong if I do? Just temps going crazy high?

That and if it goes wrong or the safeties don't work you can kill the chip. :)

Hey. In trixxx it has a "vddc" offset, what is the max I should put that to? From what I read anything beyond 100 doesnt help much at all

I have power limit to 50%

CPU -  Intel i7 4770k 4.6Ghz     Motherboard - MSI GD-65    RAM - Corsair Vengeance 16 GB     GPU - XFX 295x2    Case - NZXT H440

That's the voltage, try not to touch it unless you know what you're doing.

So you just should mess with it or only adjust it once you learn the in- and outs of it type of thing?

Kinda. It's not like you need to mess with it to push your card either.
