Push it as much as you can until the system gets unstable. Run 3DMark for awhile to test the stability of the system. 

Just watch your temperatures and your voltage.

(Try cranking up your clock speed as much as you can before increasing voltage, as increasing the voltage kills the chip faster)

I have the exact same card. My card's a stupid f*ucking dud. It will eventually crash of I have it at 1100 on the Core and 1500 on the Memory in BF4. So I keep it at 1080 Core and 1500 MHz and it's all good. I get 55C max while playing BF4.

1050 core 1250 memory, i had this card and msi afterburner wouldn't let me go further, i used sapphire trixx and with a minor bump in volts got to 1150core 1300memory where it started artifacting and would no longer not artifact even at stock clocks.
your mileage may vary but id say stick to stock volts and test core for yourself, the memory is only rated for 1250 (or 1500 cant remember, no more than 100 more than what your stock is anyway).
as for the above poster, dude its a 7870, they started around 900mhz and upto 1000, you have an overclock of 8% over what GCN should really run at, my 7850 started as an "OC edition" at 860mhz 
if it doesn't perform up to your standards, get a different card.

There's no such thing as a universal safe overclock. Asking this same question caused me to ruin my card. Just do proper temp and stability testing.
