then 1600mhz ram is enough, you don't need fast ram unless you have a apu

Hello, my question is should I get Corsair Raptor RAM (2400 MHz 2x4GB) or should I get Kingston HyperX RAM (1866MHz 2x4GB) ?

What will your use be? If you're just gaming, even 1600MHz RAM will do you perfectly. Unless you have an AMD APU, you won't need fast RAM.

faster ram is always better to the point of 2133mhz
