Not at the same time, no. Each Windows key (with the exception of Enterprise keys) is only usable on "one" PC at a time. You can deactivate the key and move it to another PC, but you will need to have a unique key for each installation on a different PC.

Hi,

I have made the decision to buy G2A's Windows 8.1 Pro key (https://www.g2a.com/windows-8-professional-32-64-bit-cd-key-global.html). Will I be able to use it on 2 different PC's? I ask as I want to use it on the laptop I currently have, and the PC I'm going to get at Christmas. Thanks in advance.

Nope can only use it on one PC. Windows 8 activation is done via KMS. so the key is registered on a windows server and had to report back every 180 days. It will tell you its already in use.
