That seems pretty good to me.
Although you don't need 32 GB of ram.
You can also get better performing SSD's like Intel's 730 series.
He is recommending 780Ti's because it is the same as the titan black but with 3GB less of VRAM. The amount of VRAM will bottleneck way before the power of the GPU will. So your GPU will be powerful enough to run games but the VRAM will bottleneck it.
