theres a lot of different ways to make a "Free" website, all of them will have limited features, and probably not have a completely customized domain

 

ex - linustechtips.freewebs.com or something like that.

 

It depends on what type of website that your trying to make, for example a great forum site is ipboard.

 

a great business is square space.

 

for a quality website, with good service, and a domain, you need to pay.
